• All prices refer to the cost in U.S. Dollars (USD)

• Evil Queen candles wholesale for $11 each. By selling Evil Queen candles, you must agree to sell 12 oz candles at a minimum of $22 each. Occasional exceptions for sale incentives are allowed.

• Candle styles must be purchased in packs of three. This means you must order in multiples of three. You may order three, six, nine, twelve, etc, of any given style.
• All 12 oz candles come with gold lids.
• All wholesale purchases must be a minimum of $200 in product.
  
• Your first wholesale order must be placed within three months of being accepted for wholesale.
• You must make at least $500 in wholesale purchases every six months to maintain wholesale selling rights. If you do not meet the minimum order requirements we reserve the right to close your wholesale account without notice.  (In most cases, we will attempt to contact you prior to closing out your account.)

• There is a flat rate shipping cost of $30 automatically added to all U.S. wholesale orders under $500. International accounts–wholesale shipping cost will be calculated based on your address.

• Evil Queen offers free shipping on orders totaling $500 or more that are shipped within the U.S. (no code needed, discount will automatically apply at checkout.)
• Evil Queen products are made to order and turnaround time on wholesale orders may vary. You can review the wholesale website for the current estimated shipping timeframe. Please be sure to place orders at least 4 weeks before your ideal in-house date. Allow for extra time during holiday seasons.
• In a rush? Rush orders are available for an additional $50 fee! Email us at wholesale@shopevilqueen.com with your order number and let us know that you would like your order to be rushed. We will then send you an invoice via email for the rush fee. Rushed orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days of invoice payment.
• You have been approved to sell Evil Queen candles wholesale only at the address(es) that were included on your application. Any additional selling location(s) require verification and approval before selling.

What requirements do you have for wholesale applicants?

Any interested wholesale applicants must have their own storefront with regular business hours that is open to the public. You must also carry a variety of retail products other than Evil Queen candles in your store. An online sales platform is not required–however, we may ask to review photos of  your selling space. In-home sales, shop owners renting a space, mobile boutiques, and by appointment only businesses will be denied zip code protection and/or a wholesale account.

Do you allow online only wholesalers?

In the past, Evil Queen has accepted online only wholesale accounts. However, we have had to make the hard choice to no longer accept new online only wholesale accounts. Any previously accepted online only wholesale accounts with an active account in good standing will be allowed to continue ordering Evil Queen candles at wholesale prices until further notice.

Can I sell your products on my website?

You may sell our products on the store-branded website associated with your wholesale selling account. You may not imply in any way that your business creates our candles. You must clearly state on your website that the candles are created by Evil Queen. We do not allow the sale of Evil Queen candles on any other platform, such as Amazon, Etsy, etc.

What should I include in my first order?

You know your customers better than anyone else, but we can definitely give some recommendations. We think our best-seller candles speak for themselves! Some of our best selling candles include: Exhale the Bullshit, Can’t Adult Today, and Moody Bitch.

We would also recommend our seasonal candle collections when they are available. These candles are only available for a limited time. And there’s no telling which ones may or may not make a reappearance the following season. So get them while they’re hot!

Do you offer any sort of area protection?

Yes! Evil Queen offers zip code protection! When you apply for wholesale, we review your selling location(s) to see if the zip code is available for wholesale. When you are accepted for wholesale, we claim your selling zip code for you, making you the sole Evil Queen distributor within your store’s zip code. Please note: Chain retailers are exempt from zip code requirements.

What happens if my storefront moves?

If you move or are planning to move, it is your responsibility to inform us. First and foremost we need to verify that your new store address is eligible for Evil Queen selling rights. We also need the information to update your store address on our website. If we find out your store has moved without informing us, we reserve the right to terminate your wholesale account.

How do I order tester candles?

Tester candles are currently unavailable. Check back soon!

Do you offer custom candles?

Evil Queen is not accepting any custom candle requests at this time.
